La Fiermontina is a project that celebrates the union of the Fiermonte family history with its members’ passion
for Baroque, and Modern Art, nature and ancient olive trees.

Giacomo had this old masseria, located in the historical centre of the city of Lecce, entirely restored. Transformed with great refinement into a luxurious mansion- hotel, it was inaugurated in 2015.
In its large garden, sheltered by the old walls that surround it, orange trees and centenary olive trees provide shade for the bar, the linear swimming pool and the sculptures of the two French artists who loved Antonia and were loved by her, René Letourneur and Jacques Zwobada.

Inside, fifteen spacious rooms and the three more recent Suites à côté welcome the hotel’s guests to its exquisite elegance, enhanced by vaulted ceilings, the distinctive honey-colour of Lecce’s limestone, and numerous works of art.

“The Suites à côté are an extension of La Fiermontina. The
minimalist style of the decor induces a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Customised furniture is crafted in local wood, while art and design pieces are signed
by Le Corbusier, Tobia Scarpa, Charlotte Perriand…” Giacomo

Thanks to the excellence of its interior restoration, the Palazzo – one of the most beautiful palaces of the city of Lecce – , built in 1775 just a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Croce, has been converted into a luxurious and fascinating hotel de charme, dedicated to the memory of Enzo Fiermonte. Behind its facade, an imposing carriage entrance opens onto a majestic courtyard, invisible to passers-by.

The warm and welcoming reading rooms echo the elegance of the ten suites, each of which is unique and has been named after a chapter of the Fiermonte family history. The ancient ceilings and restored stuccos are highlighted by their harmonious contrast with furniture created by renowned contemporary designers. As in La Fiermontina, prestigious works of art have been carefully chosen and dispersed throughout the rooms, the halls and along the corridors.

Today, the palazzo stands as a remarkable example of harmony between the ancient and the contemporary. It embodies the esthetics and style of la fiermontina’s collection, deeply rooted in local history and tradition, but nonetheless decisively turned towards the future.

Designed by Giacomo and Antonia to honour the memory, the work and the cultural heritage of their grandmother, the M.A.M.A. is a widespread museum acting as the artistic link between La Fiermontina and Palazzo Bozzi Corso. At the M.A.M.A., artworks by Antonia Fiermonte, Jacques Zwobada, René Letourneur and other great artists are displayed, and the museum also organizes exhibitions, thematic events and wine tasting sessions. You can even book a private candlelit dinner in these exceptional premises.
